Streamlabs helps millions of creators broadcast, monetize and grow their communities through live streaming tools. Working alongside the product team, we designed interactive widgets and interface improvements that support real-time engagement across livestreams.

Every component had to be lightweight, customizable and reliable under live conditions, where milliseconds and clarity directly affect the creator experience.

Challenge

Designing interfaces for live content is different from traditional SaaS. Widgets have to communicate information instantly without distracting viewers or interrupting creators during a broadcast.

The challenge was balancing flexibility with simplicity while maintaining consistency across a growing ecosystem of streaming tools.

Solution

We designed reusable UI components and interaction patterns that allowed creators to customize overlays, alerts and engagement widgets while preserving a clean and consistent experience.

The work focused on reducing configuration complexity and making every interaction feel immediate, whether managing alerts, donations or audience participation.

Outcome

A scalable widget ecosystem that improves creator workflows and supports real-time engagement across one of the world's leading livestreaming platforms.
