Audit existing interfaces and libraries to identify repeated patterns, inconsistent decisions and missing states.
Define semantic tokens, component behavior, responsive rules and accessible defaults that can be represented in both design and code.
Document usage and exceptions, review contributions and help teams migrate real screens onto the system.
Advanced Figma component, variable and library skills, with examples of a system used beyond a demonstration file.
A systematic approach to naming, states, variants, composition and the distinction between primitives and semantic decisions.
The ability to work with engineers on implementation and explain patterns through concise documentation and practical examples.
Token pipelines, component documentation tools or familiarity with React and frontend styling constraints.
Theming, accessibility reviews, contribution processes or adoption across several product teams.
A library or system case study showing its starting point, users and the decisions you owned.
Include a component with its states and usage guidance, plus a token example that explains the naming and theme logic.
Show the system applied to real screens and describe how feedback, migration or exceptions were handled.
Review foundations with both design and engineering, then test them in product work before expanding the library.
For a future engagement, define ownership, contribution boundaries and the teams involved in adoption together.
