Provide one decision-maker and consolidated feedback. Missing or delayed inputs may shift the schedule or reduce the confidence of findings.

The project defines metrics relevant to the selected journey. Final definitions depend on the client’s event model and available data. Clearl designs toward measurable outcomes but does not guarantee commercial results.

Final approved deliverables transfer to the client after full payment. Clearl retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and internal tools.

Clearl may show public work after launch unless the parties agree to confidentiality in writing. NDA work will remain anonymized.

The deposit is non-refundable after kickoff. Completed work beyond the deposit value is invoiced before source-file handoff.
